A Lagos resident’s employment status has changed spontaneously after being given a job from state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.

The woman, identified as Olubunmi Alabi, is a 2010 graduate of National Institute of Sports (NIS).

‘Sir, am a graduate of National Institute of Sport, 2010 graduate, I need a job. We have applied for coaching job, they told us that you are yet to give them the go ahead, sir, can something be done on that,’ she appealed during a recent town hall meeting in Lagos.

‘Since you say you want to be a sport coach, so be it,’ Ambode said in response to her request.

Other Nigerian’s who have been so lucky in Lagos this year include bread seller Olajumoke Orisaguna and shoe rack hawker, Promise.
